Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Weld Haus MFG. We aim to ship your parts fast and efficiently. Here’s how your order moves through to delivery:

1. Order Processing

• In‑stock items: Ships within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
• Dropship or special-order items: Typically ship in 3–5 business days.
• Weekend or holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.
• Custom Order items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days of completion..

2. Split Shipments & Lead Times

Some orders ship from multiple locations to speed delivery. If an item is on backorder or a longer lead time, you may:

  • Choose to ship the available items first
  • Delay the entire order until complete

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We use carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery estimates begin once the package is scanned:

  • US Standard: 3–7 business days
  • US Expedited: 2–4 business days
  • International Economy: 6–14 business days*
  • International Express: 3–7 business days*

*Customs/duties may cause delays.

4. International Shipping & Duties

We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout for international orders. These are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check status in your account dashboard.

6. Delays & Damaged Packages

• Weather, peak season, customs, or carrier delays may affect delivery—please allow extra time before contacting us.
• If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
• If there’s no tracking movement after 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), we’ll open a carrier claim and help you with a resolution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
