Weld Haus MFG is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If your item is defective due to materials or workmanship, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue under the terms outlined below.
1. Warranty Coverage
All eligible products are covered for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. This includes:
- Material or structural failures under normal use
- Manufacturer-related defects
- Production or quality control errors
Note: Coverage is evaluated on a case-by-case basis for eligible products.
2. What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage from racing, competition, or off-road use (unless pre-approved)
- Third-party labor or repair costs
- Custom-built or made-to-order products — these are final sale and not eligible for warranty
3. Submitting a Claim
To request warranty support, contact us at support@weldhausmfg.com and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Brief description of the defect or concern
We’ll review and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
4. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer one or more of the following based on the situation:
- Replacement part or unit
- Store credit or partial refund
- Repair guidance or support
