Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Weld Haus MFG. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a valid order number or receipt.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

3. Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it. Contact us at sales@weldhausmfg.com for exchange instructions.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@weldhausmfg.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• Reason for the return

We’ll reply with the return instructions and shipping address.
